For Families

We’re committed to ensuring your loved one can have the care and support they need while maintaining their independence and quality of life.

We are dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable space for your loved one to thrive in. Our support team is committed to providing the best possible service and care, which is tailored to meet the unique needs of each person.

Prioritising people in our approach

Our goal is to give families peace of mind, knowing that their loved one is receiving the best care possible. We understand that choosing the right support services for your loved one can feel overwhelming. That is why we prioritise a person-centred approach to care, ensuring that we meet each supported person’s needs while keeping families involved in the process.

Thorough assessment processes ensure the plans are correct from the start, which you are involved in from the very beginning.

How we support your loved one

At Hibiscus Care Services, we offer a range of supported living services to ensure that your loved one receives the care they need. Our support teams provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. We also provide medication management, supporting your loved one with taking their medication on time and in the correct dosage. Our staff are available 24/7, so you can rest assured that your loved one is always in good hands.

We know that not everyone we support may be able to become completely independent, but we can assure you that we are always working towards the goal of helping your loved one to gain new skills and take more control of their lives.

How we keep you involved

We believe that families should be involved in their loved one’s care, so we provide ongoing updates and communicate regularly with families, ensuring they are always informed of their loved one’s well-being. We also encourage families to participate in the support planning process, providing opportunities for involvement and feedback.

Working with expert feedback

Every individual is their own expert when it comes to the support which is best for them; a close second is their family. As we complete reviews on the level of support given, we will keep family members closely involved. Any feedback you want to give will be taken on board to the best of our ability, and we send out regular surveys to family members to ensure they have a say, too.

Supporting you

Whether your loved one is moving into supported living for the first time or they’re in need of a new provider, we understand that any transitional period can be stressful. We’re on hand to talk you through the process and answer any questions you may have so that you’re fully informed and prepared.
